Locked Payment recovery fields now respond to hover, click, and keyboard
On the Payment recovery settings page, fields you don't have access to on your current plan are marked with a padlock. Two of those padlocks, the "If recovery fails" fallback action and the sender identity (From name, Reply-to email), were plain icons: they weren't focusable, and hovering, clicking, or tabbing to them did nothing.
What's fixed: every locked-field padlock on the page is now a real, keyboard-operable button. Hovering or focusing it shows a tooltip explaining what plan unlocks the field; for a field that a plan can actually unlock, like pre-dunning alerts, clicking it takes you to the upgrade path. The fallback action and sender identity fields are not yet offered on any plan, so their tooltip and padlock say that plainly instead of pointing you toward an upgrade that wouldn't unlock them.
This only changes how locked fields communicate that they're locked; it doesn't change which fields are locked on which plan.
