Retry now on the Payment Recovery panel actually retries the charge

The Retry now button on the Payment Recovery panel of a subscription's detail page was not retrying anything. A trailing slash on the request URL meant it never reached the backend route at all, failing at URL resolution before authentication or any recovery logic ran.

Every click on the button returned the same result: nothing. The request never registered on the subscription, and no retry attempt was ever recorded against it.

What's fixed: the button now posts to the correct route, and a retry-now click reaches the dunning system and completes as expected. If you use Smart Payment Recovery and have a subscription stuck on a failed charge, Retry now on its detail page will now actually attempt the retry rather than silently doing nothing.

No other part of Smart Payment Recovery, its scheduled retries, or its dunning email cadence changed, this only affects the manual Retry now action on the subscription detail page.
