Nudge them to redeem.

A sixth toggle has joined the loyalty email notifications card in Settings: a balance reminder that tells a customer, automatically, the moment their points balance can already cover your cheapest reward.
Like Subi's other loyalty emails, it's off until you turn it on, and it's entirely under your control, a Preview button shows the exact email your customers would receive before you enable it, and it can be switched off again at any time. It sends the same way your other loyalty notifications do, and only reaches customers who have consented to marketing email from your store.
The reminder runs as a daily check: it looks at customers whose current points balance clears the price of your least expensive reward and haven't already been reminded, and sends the notification once conditions are met. If a customer has already redeemed or their balance drops back below the threshold, they won't get a reminder for a balance they no longer have.
This closes a common gap in loyalty programmes, points sitting unused in an account not because the reward isn't wanted, but because the customer doesn't realize they already qualify. If you run a loyalty programme, you'll find the new toggle in Settings → Notifications → Email, in the Loyalty email notifications card, alongside the other five event types.
