Edit-order modal now correctly shows selling plans and product names when adding items

The add-item flow inside the customer subscription edit-order modal now correctly displays selling plan options, product names, and variant names, and renders the selection interface in the right inline layout.

Customer Portal

When a subscriber opened the edit-order modal in Subi's Customer Account extension and tapped Add item to include a new product in their subscription, the modal was not rendering correctly. Selling plan options were missing or wrong, product names and variant names were not displayed accurately, and the selection interface was misaligned rather than appearing inline with the rest of the modal.

The result was a confusing experience for subscribers trying to self-manage their orders — they couldn't easily tell what subscription option they were signing up for, or even which product they were looking at.

What's fixed: The modal now correctly fetches and displays:

  • The applicable selling plan options for each product (e.g., "Ship every 30 days")
  • Accurate product and variant names at each step in the selection flow
  • A properly aligned inline layout consistent with the rest of the subscription management interface

No action is needed on your part. The fix is live for all merchants using Subi's Shopify Customer Account extension. Subscribers who previously encountered this issue when adding items to their subscriptions will now see the correct information.
